Telegram to Add Support for Third-Party AI Agents on macOS

The beta version of the Telegram app for macOS has been found to include a feature for connecting third-party artificial intelligence services. Users will be able to integrate API keys from popular services directly into the messenger.

Keys from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and xAI are supported. This allows users to select the desired neural network model directly within the chat interface without switching between separate applications.

This new functionality expands communication capabilities within the messenger. In a single dialogue, users can generate text, analyze documents, and write code using various AI models.

At this time, the feature is exclusively available to users of the beta version of the client for the macOS operating system. Information regarding release dates for other platforms is not yet available.
