Russia's Most Customer-Oriented Banks According to VTsIOM

VTsIOM published the results of a study identifying the most customer-oriented banks in Russia. The top three leaders are T-Bank, Ozon Bank, and Sber.

Top Positions

The highest overall satisfaction scores went to the ranking leaders: 60% of users highly rated T-Bank, 58% rated Ozon Bank, and 56% rated Sber. The yellow bank led in nine out of ten interaction aspects, including support service quality.

Survey Figures

Most Russians prefer digital service channels. 62% of users choose to resolve all financial issues online. Meanwhile, Russians recognized the T-Bank app as the most convenient (88%), followed by Sber (87%), with Ozon Bank rounding out the top three (81%).
