OpenAI Introduces Invisible Watermark to ChatGPT Texts
OpenAI announced the implementation of invisible watermarking technology for texts generated by ChatGPT. The system marks the neural network's responses so they can be recognized using a special detector.
The watermark will be integrated directly into word selection, eliminating suspicious characters or visible changes in the text. Previously, developers of the Claude model implemented similar technology.
This change will only affect users from the European Union. Outside this region, marking is not currently planned.
