Full Localization of DeepSeek Harness Interface into Russian

DeepSeek Harness users can now fully translate the interface into Russian thanks to the unofficial Dsh-locale-ru language pack.

The project covers all key interaction elements with the platform, ensuring comfortable work without language barriers.
