Daniyar Abraev holds a different view. He believes it is necessary to ensure the ability to control extremely powerful technologies before their widespread distribution.

Piyanый's position boils down to the principle of 'distribute first, figure it out along the way.' This means readiness to accept side effects in exchange for a rapid transition into a new technological era.
