MTProxyMax: Telegram Proxy Manager in Rust

MTProxyMax is a fully-featured Telegram proxy manager built on the telemt 3.x engine and written in Rust.

It is a raw proxy engine that combines an interactive TUI, a full command-line interface (CLI), and a Telegram bot for remote management.

The solution includes per-user access control, traffic monitoring, proxy chain support, and automatic updates. All this functionality is available as a single bash script.
