Kanye West's Concerts Worry Russians More Than Housing Services

The KROS Anxiety Index survey for summer and autumn revealed an unexpected leader among Russian concerns. The cancellation of Kanye West's concerts caused more anxiety than rumors of mobilization or a fuel crisis.

Top-10 most alarming topics included rising utility bills, uncontrolled development of artificial intelligence, and bear attacks. These issues were actively discussed in society from July to September.

Cultural events proved more important than economic problems for a significant part of the population. This highlights the high emotional engagement of citizens with show business news against the backdrop of general social difficulties.
