US Student Taken Into Police Custody Over 'Death Note'
A student from the US was taken into police custody after writing classmates' names in a "Death Note" — the genius wrote down a list of his enemies inspired by the anime merchandise.
Eventually, the prank came to light when the mother of one of the "victims" contacted law enforcement. The student was suspended for three days, but police found no cause for concern after questioning — it turned out that the "Death Note" doesn't work in our world.
