Porttracker: Real-Time Port Monitoring

Porttracker is an open-source tool for real-time monitoring and discovery of open ports. The software is designed to automatically identify running services on servers and generate an up-to-date network map.

Key features include automatic port scanning, support for specialized data collectors for Docker and TrueNAS, as well as identification of internal and published container ports.

The application runs as a single process with an embedded SQLite database, eliminating the need to install external dependencies. P2P mode support allows combining multiple nodes into a unified monitoring system.
