The Russian Ministry of Digital Development has warned of a temporary suspension of mobile internet within the Third Transport Ring (TTK) in Moscow. The restrictions will affect users from October 27 to 29.

Reasons for Restrictions

The suspension is linked to ensuring security at two major international events: the Russia-Africa Summit and the Gas Exporting Countries Forum. To minimize inconvenience for residents and guests of the capital, "whitelists" will be used for subscribers whose connectivity is critically important.

  • October 27 and 28: possible interruptions from 11:30
  • October 29: possible interruptions from 09:30
