Mass Account Theft of Li Xiang Electric Vehicle Owners

A mass case of Li Xiang electric vehicle owners' account theft has been recorded in Russia. Cybercriminals gain remote access to car systems and disable their functionality.

Fraudsters turn off climate control and touchscreens, and in some cases completely disable the ability to start the engine. They then demand a ransom for restoring access to the master account.
