From September 6 to 8, MAGNIT TECH hosted a unique technology tour in Suzdal, combining an entertainment program with demonstrations of the retailer's innovations.

Participants not only strolled through the city and sang karaoke but also took a balloon ride, serving as a metaphor for immersion into high technologies.

The main goal of the event was to showcase the hidden technological infrastructure of the Magnit network, operating behind the scenes of everyday shopping.

The company is implementing advanced solutions to optimize its business:

1. Demand forecasting using artificial intelligence
2. Use of computer vision for process control
3. Automation of logistics chains and warehouse operations
4. Robotization of various customer service stages

Special attention was paid to quantum technologies. Together with Rosatom, the company began researching the potential of applying quantum computing in retail.

Thus, discussions on generative AI and quantum computers were organically combined with atmospheric leisure, demonstrating the scale of digital transformation in retail.
