GK SSK launches Sensora hotel complex in Anapa

GK SSK presented the "Sensora" hotel complex project in Anapa, which will become the developer's fourth hotel and the company's third tourist facility in the region. Construction is scheduled to be completed by 2029, and rooms have been available for purchase under a co-ownership agreement since 2026.

The 4* class facility includes 1,025 rooms with a total area of 65,283.1 sq m. After launch, GK SSK’s portfolio of resort real estate will increase to 1.89 million sq m, of which 471.2 thousand sq m will be hotels.

Investments

• Entry threshold starts at 12 million rubles per room, including finishing and furniture
• Expected yield under AVERON operator management is estimated at approximately 15% per annum
• The project concept focuses on health and wellness tourism

Experts predict that property values in developing coastal locations will grow by 30–70% within two to three years after the facility is commissioned.
