ESP32-BlueJammer: Generating Interference in the 2.4 GHz Range

ESP32-BlueJammer Tool for Generating Interference in the 2.4 GHz Range

Description and Operating Principle The ESP32-BlueJammer is a software-hardware complex designed to generate radio interference in the 2.4 GHz frequency range. The device uses an ESP32 microcontroller combined with nRF24 modules to generate noise and send excessive data packets, disrupting the communication of target devices. This tool allows effective impact on a wide range of wireless technologies, including Bluetooth, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), Wi-Fi, and radio control systems.

Application Area and Device Characteristics Various gadgets and IoT systems can fall within the affected area. Among the most vulnerable objects are:

  • audio systems and microphones;
  • smartphones and tablets;
  • drones and quadcopters;
  • smart home devices (IoT);
  • wireless keyboards and mice. The operating range of the tool depends on the hardware configuration and the type of antenna used. Under standard conditions, it can exceed 30 meters, providing fairly effective signal suppression over a given area. The source code of the project is available for study and modification on GitHub.
