Encrypted Mempool Launched on Aptos Network
The Aptos blockchain mainnet has launched an encrypted mempool feature, allowing investors to hide transaction details until execution. This innovation aims to protect users from MEV attacks, where bots exploit information about other trades to extract personal profit.
Encryption of transaction content is activated at the user's discretion, providing an additional layer of privacy during operations.
Despite encrypting transaction content, some data remains publicly visible. Specifically, sender addresses and fee amounts continue to be displayed openly, maintaining transparency of key network parameters.
