Decentralized Exchange StandX Shuts Down and Cancels Token Launch

Decentralized Exchange StandX Ceases Operations and Closes Positions

Decentralized exchange StandX has officially announced the cessation of its operations and the cancellation of its native token. Launched in November 2025, the project attracted over 237,000 users, with its total value locked (TVL) surpassing $200 million.

The platform's closure process begins with the forced liquidation of all trading positions on January 15. Following this, users will be able to withdraw their funds, a window that will remain open until January 31, 2027.

StandX's shutdown comes amid similar decisions by other projects in the DeFi sector. Previously, projects such as Blur and Blast have taken comparable steps, highlighting the complex dynamics within decentralized exchanges.
