ccswap: switching Claude Code subscriptions

ccswap: automatic switching of Claude Code subscriptions

ccswap is an open-source tool designed to automatically switch Claude Code between various Anthropic subscriptions. The utility allows users to continue working on projects when request limits are reached.

How ccswap works

The tool intercepts Claude Code inputs directly within the system. Active sessions automatically switch to another account in about half a minute, without requiring process restarts or proxy servers.

  • Limit control: the daemon monitors quota usage for all connected accounts.
  • Management: settings are accessible via CLI, TUI, or a local web page.

Technical specifications and limitations

The project is written in Go and supports macOS and Linux operating systems. It is distributed under the MIT license. It is important to consider Anthropic's rules: the utility is intended only for managing your own subscriptions, and sharing them is prohibited.
