"Badge of Mastery" Award by Avito Services: Conditions and Prizes

Avito Services has launched Russia's first professional "Badge of Mastery" award, aimed at supporting service providers. The project combines an automated ranking system and a creative story contest to identify top specialists.

The ranking component is based on an automated assessment of the service level of verified providers with active listings. The top 100 companies and masters in each of the 11 categories across 16 million-plus cities will receive the "Badge of Mastery 2026" badge and be included in special curated lists.

The story contest features six nominations, including categories from "Good Stories" to "Profile Details." Participants can share their business development journey by submitting an application via a special form until November 7.

• A cash prize of 100,000 rubles for business development
• A special "Badge of Mastery" statuette for exceptional work quality
• A paid trip to the award ceremony in Moscow in December
• An office tour at Avito headquarters for winners

Winners are selected separately among individual masters and legal entities. To participate, you must submit an application by November 7, which also serves as great motivation for new providers to start promoting their services on the platform.
