Preparation for prolonged outages began as early as summer. The provider's team, together with clients, rehearsed scenarios for switching workloads to other facilities, which enabled an operational resolution of the issue.

To accelerate recovery, Yandex signed agreements with VK Cloud, Selectel, and K2Cloud. Competitors joined forces, allocated additional teams, and simplified connection procedures for affected companies.
