Vkusno i tochka launches its own pickup points

The Vkusno i tochka restaurant chain has launched a pilot project to open its own pickup points (PVZ). Special lockers for picking up burgers and french fries are installed along the facades of new outlets. This solution allows customers to pick up food without standing in line or having direct contact with staff.

The technology operates at a new Vkusno i tochka outlet in the Izmailovo district. To use the service, you must place an order via the mobile app and pay in full online. After preparation, employees place the completed meal inside a special locker.

Access to your personal storage is granted by scanning a QR code received after payment. This service format minimizes waiting time and eliminates the need to interact with restaurant staff when collecting your order.
