Starknet transitions to L1 post-quantum blockchain by holder vote

Starknet token holders demonstrated high activity in the protocol governance process. The majority of voting participants supported the initiative to transition from an Ethereum-based L2 scaling layer to its own Layer 1 blockchain using post-quantum cryptography.
