Banking giant Standard Chartered has fully acquired crypto custodian Zodia Custody. The bank signed a final agreement to acquire 100% of the company.
The deal value is not disclosed. Following regulatory approval, Zodia Custody's custody business will be integrated into Standard Chartered.
Standard Chartered is one of the largest international banks and a global systemically important bank.
