Samsung launches USDC transfers for Galaxy devices

Samsung is expanding its digital wallet functionality by integrating support for the USDC cryptocurrency for Galaxy device users in the United States. This new feature will allow sending stablecoins via Solana and Sui networks.

The integration will be implemented directly within the Samsung Wallet app. Users will be able to transfer funds to bank accounts in over 60 countries free of charge, with automatic conversion into local currency.

The service launch is scheduled for late October. In the future, the company plans to add the ability to pay for purchases online and in physical stores using stablecoins.
