Porsche presents luxury garages for living and car storage

Porsche, in collaboration with Newgard Development Group, has unveiled the concept of luxury residential garages for car collections: Porsche Design Concours. This project combines vehicle storage, workspace, and guest entertainment areas.

Each unit ranges from 250 to 560 square meters and features a mezzanine level. The interior is equipped with a bathroom, bar, and climate control system to maintain vehicles in perfect condition.

Surrounding the residential garages is an exclusive club with extensive infrastructure. The site includes spa zones, padel courts, restaurants, and modern coworking spaces for the owners' comfort.

• Opening of the first complexes is scheduled for 2028
• Locations: West Palm Beach and Dallas
• 22 garages will be built in each city

Purchase access is by invitation only. Ownership of a Porsche vehicle is not a mandatory requirement; the project is open to collectors of any brand.
