Ex-boyfriend Sues Russian Woman for Gift Costs Using AI
A Moscow resident sued his ex-girlfriend, demanding the return of the cost of gifts given during a year-long relationship. The list of claims included Ferrero Rocher candies, a "Hug-me Goose" souvenir, a ballpoint pen, and "Arkhyz" mineral water.
The man used artificial intelligence to calculate the damages. The AI calculated the total spending at 5,350 rubles. The algorithm also helped formulate the plaintiff's position: the items were not gifted but provided for temporary use.
The defendant chose not to waste time on court proceedings and voluntarily paid compensation. The girl transferred 7,000 rubles to her ex-partner, exceeding the claimed amount. The man was satisfied with the outcome of the dispute.
