Loyalty Bonuses for Employees: New Legislative Proposals

Russian lawmakers have proposed introducing a loyalty bonus system for employers in Russia. The initiative involves regular salary supplements for employees who have worked at the same company for an extended period.

The amount of financial support depends on work experience:

• After 7 years of continuous employment — a 30% salary supplement
• After 10 years of continuous employment — a 50% salary supplement
• After 12 years of continuous employment — a 50% discount on housing purchase
