Leaders of Meta AI, Hyperliquid, and Cognition share a common past.

Alexander Wang, head of AI at Meta, shared a group selfie with Jeff Yan, founder of Hyperliquid, and Scott Wu, CEO of Cognition, the company behind the AI agent Devin. The three met in 2015 during an internship at Hudson River Trading, one of the largest firms in algorithmic trading. At that time, the cohort consisted of only about 10 interns. Eleven years later, they lead major projects at the intersection of artificial intelligence and the crypto industry.
