Kazakhstan bans illegal crypto exchanges

The Astana International Financial Court has issued a ruling banning the operations of several unlicensed cryptocurrency platforms within Kazakhstan.

BingX, Coinbase, HTX, BitMart, WEEX, and Bitcoin.com have been banned. These platforms are prohibited from providing digital asset services without the appropriate license.

Court decisions will be sent to Google and Apple to restrict access to these services' apps within the country.

Nine crypto platforms have already voluntarily restricted access to their apps. Seven other companies intend to obtain licenses for legal operation.
