Girls und Panzer: All-Star Tank Carnival — Release Announcement

Information has emerged about the new game Girls und Panzer: All-Star Tank Carnival, where anime characters pilot tanks. The project combines racing and tactical combat elements set in a Japanese school environment.

Players will take on the role of a student from Oarai and participate in large-scale battles. A key feature of the project is its online mode for teams of up to 10 players and the ability to drift armored vehicles.

The roster includes Nona, a Russian tank commander who pilots the Soviet KV-2 heavy tank. This serves as one of the most striking examples of cultural context mixed with military hardware in the storyline.

The game's release is scheduled for 2027. Initially, the project will launch exclusively on the Nintendo Switch 2 console, but a Steam release is also expected.
