First Foldable iPhone Duo Goes On Sale

On October 23, Apple officially launches sales of the iPhone Duo in more than 70 countries worldwide. This is the company's first foldable smartphone, with pre-orders selling out within 15–30 minutes.

• Display: 7.6-inch when unfolded (50% larger than iPhone 18 Pro Max) and 5.4 inches on the outside.
• Specs: A20 Pro chip, 48 MP cameras, titanium body, Apple Pencil support.
• Thickness: The thinnest iPhone in history in tablet mode.

The device starts at $1999 in the US. Russian retailers offer the smartphone for around 300,000 rubles. The version with a 2 TB storage capacity costs nearly half a million rubles.

Repair prices for the foldable device are also high. Replacing the internal screen will cost $999 (about 83,000 rubles), the battery — $229 (19,000 rubles). Fixing other damages can cost up to $1499 (125,000 rubles).
