Encrypted mempool launched on the Aptos network
A mainnet encrypted mempool has been launched on the Aptos network, allowing users to hide transaction details until execution. This innovation is designed to protect against MEV attacks, where bots profit from information about other people's trades.
The encryption mechanism works at the user's discretion, providing control over the privacy of operations.
Despite hiding transaction details, sender addresses and fee sizes remain public data in the blockchain.
