DWF Labs Files $141 Million Lawsuit Against BitGo

Market maker DWF Labs has filed a $141 million lawsuit against crypto exchange BitGo. The conflict arose due to a breach of the token sale terms for Falcon Finance and ESPORTS.

According to the lawsuit, the company was granted a discount on the condition of a three-month ban on asset sales. However, BitGo withdrew tokens to exchanges approximately two months before the lock-up period expired.

BitGo's actions led to a sharp drop in asset value, serving as the basis for a $141 million compensation claim. In response to the allegations, BitGo representatives declined to comment.

Both companies are connected to the World Liberty Financial project by the Trump family. DWF Labs invested $25 million in WLFI, while BitGo secures the reserves for the USD1 stablecoin.
