State to Offer Bonuses and Medals for Loyalty to Employers
Deputies have proposed implementing a system to reward employees for long-term work at the same enterprise. The initiative involves using state budget funds to pay bonuses and issue special awards.
The reward system includes salary supplements, housing purchase assistance, discounts on utility services, and free travel to the workplace.
Special attention is given to employees who have worked in one place for 15 to 25 years. For such workers, commemorative badges 'For Loyalty to the Workplace' will be issued.
The proposed measures aim to stimulate employee loyalty and reduce staff turnover across various sectors of the economy.
The initiative creates new conditions for choosing between receiving state benefits and searching for more advantageous offers in the labor market.
