Armed criminals attacked the home of a foreign entrepreneur in Pattaya, stealing cryptocurrency and valuables worth around one million dollars.
Three masked men broke into the victim's residence at night. Threatening him with a pistol, they forced the owner to transfer $820,000 in cryptocurrency to their wallet.
The criminals also took Rolex watches, cash, and mobile phones. The victim and a domestic worker were tied up to prevent escape.
Total damages from the robbery are estimated at approximately one million dollars. Pattaya police are searching for the three armed robbers.
