Compare Complexes on Cian: AI Service for Housing Selection

Cian has launched an automated residential complex comparison tool for new developments. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze up to ten properties simultaneously across fifteen key parameters.

Research shows that the vast majority of buyers compare residential complexes before making a deal. Previously, users could only analyze two or three complexes at a time, which slowed down the process of selecting the optimal option.

The new feature provides an automatic summary with data on price and sales trends, project completion dates, developer information, and transport accessibility. It also takes into account apartment size, infrastructure availability, and current promotions.

To start a comparison, you must log in to your Cian account. In the search results or the residential complex card, click the 'plus' button. On mobile devices, the result will appear in the 'Favorites' section, while on desktop, it will be displayed in the 'Comparison' block.
