CBL-514 Drug Destroys Fat Cells
Scientists have developed a new drug, CBL-514, which destroys fat cells rather than suppressing appetite. Unlike Ozempic, the medication is injected directly into fatty tissue, initiating the process of cell destruction.
Clinical trials have shown high efficacy: participants lost up to 12% of their fat mass in four weeks.
CBL-514 is currently undergoing further research. If its safety and efficacy are confirmed, the drug will be able to proceed to the registration stage.
