CADCraft: Open-Source AutoCAD Alternative in Rust

CADCraft is a free and open-source computer-aided design system written in the Rust programming language. It is positioned as a full-fledged alternative to AutoCAD.

The software supports a familiar workflow: command line, object snaps, layers, dimensions, hatches, and blocks. The application provides support for DXF and DWG file formats.

CADCraft runs natively on macOS, Windows, Linux, and FreeBSD. A browser version is also available via WebAssembly, ensuring high performance without using Electron.

For integration into workflows, automation is provided through an MCP server, JSON control channel, and command line interface.
