Bugatti Unveils 500-Kilogram Television-Sculpture
Bugatti, in collaboration with Austrian company C SEED, has unveiled a unique television that serves as a sculptural piece of furniture when powered off. Upon activation, the structure automatically lifts, the screen unfolds from its panels, and the built-in speakers extend independently.
The device's uniqueness lies in the fact that it does not require wall mounting. When turned off, the TV acts as an interior design element, and once fully unfolded, the display can rotate 180 degrees.
The television is equipped with a 4K MicroLED screen and is available in 110-inch and 137-inch diagonal versions. The complete unfolding process takes approximately 45 seconds. The acoustic system was developed in partnership with Wisdom Audio studio.
The device's design is inspired by the Bugatti Tourbillon hypercar. The chassis utilizes materials and finishes associated with the brand's automotive industry heritage.
- The TV weighs approximately 500 kg
- Production is established in Austria
- Sales will be conducted through select distributors
- Pricing was not disclosed at launch
The unit can be placed in the center of a room, but this requires a space with reinforced flooring capable of supporting half a ton. Further details about the project are available on the manufacturer's website, C SEED.
