Ambulance removes nut from man's penis in Moscow region

An ambulance crew in the Moscow region urgently removed a metal nut from a man's genitals. The patient woke up after celebrating his birthday and discovered that a part was screwed onto his penis.

The victim does not remember the moment of the incident, as he was heavily intoxicated after a party with friends. The situation required immediate medical intervention to prevent serious consequences.

Medics used a special tool to cut the fastener to safely extract the nut without damaging tissues. Doctors noted that if they had delayed for just a few more hours, amputation of the organ would have been necessary.
